2) How do I know you are discreet ?
We understand that you do not want your bank / card issuer knowing where you are shopping, we take your privacy very seriously, which is why we never mention Pleasure and Excite on you statements.
Pleasure and Excite is a brand rather than a business name, the business name is actually K&C Trading.
When you make a purchase you will see K&C Trading on you card / bank statement. There is no reference to Pleasure and Excite at all.

Your parcel is also marked as from K&C Trading with no indication of what the package contents are.

5) How is my order packaged ?
Your order is packaged very discreetly, in plain packaging with absolutely no mention of the contents. The only reference on the package is your address and our return address incase the package cannot be delivered for any reason.

6) How much does delivery cost ?
When you spend over £30.00 we ship your order free of charge. If you do not exceed £30.00 we charge a flat fee of £2.95. Your order is shipped by royal mail so will be delivered by you usual post man/woman.

7) Returns Policy ?
We operate a no quibble 14 day returns policy, you can return your order to us within 14 days in unused condition. Due to the nature of some of the products that we sell we cannot offer an exchange on ' used ' products unless they are faulty in which case we will replace the item for an identical item for you.

Nope. WE don't care what your background is, what your experience is so long as you are over 18 years old and female. If you do have previous experience as a Party Organiser we would love to hear from you, we always have vacancies for Unit and Area Organiser throughout the UK.
