How to place your order

You can place your order with us in several ways.

This is an online store (ecommerce store) this means you can place an order for as many products as you like and pay for them by either debit or credit card.

Browsing Products

To place your order online simply browse the products using the navigation menu ( over there to the left << ). When you find an item of interest you can either add it to your basket, or view more detailed information and a larger more detailed image of the product, to do this simply click on the product image.
No Hidden Extras: you get FREE shipping when you spend over £30.00.


Adding to Basket (stage 1)
To add the product to your basket simply click the button next to the product. You can add as many products to your basket as you like (you can always remove any product from your basket later). There are no surprises when you get to checkout, the price you see is the price you pay (inclusive of VAT).
If you spend over £30.00 you get free shipping by Royal Mail.


Enter your delivery details (stage 2)
Go to your basket (link at the top of every page) then simply click the Pay by PayPal button.
This takes you to the Secure delivery details entry page.

This page is completely secure, you can verify this by clicking on the . logo, which can be found on this page.
Once submitted directs you to Paypal where you can either log in (if you have an existing paypal account) or enter your payment details if you are not a registered paypal user.


Order Complete (stage 3)
If you order is authorised by your card issuer you will be directed to the order confirmation page.


That's it - you placed your order. You will receive it within 48 hours *

We are waiting for your call, we can advise you on products if you wish, or you can simply place an order by quoting the product code to us and the quantity that you require (so it's you can order within earshot of colleagues and co-workers) . We will take your payment details over the phone.

You can download a mail order form, complete it and send postal orders or personal cheque for payment.
